Position: Senior Devops Engineer (CI/CD Expert)

Salary: 3m-3.5m KES per annum
We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer. As a DevOps engineer, you will work closely with our engineers to ensure the highest standards are achieved in system security, scalability, and uptime. You will fundamentally ensure end-to-end quality in the integration and deployment processes. We seek an experienced DevOps engineer with a passion for building secure, scalable, and efficient systems—someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Non-Negotiables
- 3 -5 yrs of experience in CI/CD or DevOps engineering.
- Substantial experience in cloud automation.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container technologies.
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on fintech or SaaS (Software as a Service).
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and/or projects within fintech or SaaS companies, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
