JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for a leading manufacturer and supplier of plastic pipes, including PVC, HDPE, and other water and sanitation solutions. The role involves extensive travel across Kenya, engaging with institutions, distributors, builders, real estate companies, and end users to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including distributors, contractors, government agencies, and real estate developers.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the water and sanitation sector.Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals through strategic negotiations.Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and industry events.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and after-sales support.Stay updated on industry regulations and product innovations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plastic pipes or construction materials industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong network within the construction, real estate, and water sanitation sectors.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and travel extensively across Kenya.Technical knowledge of plastic pipes, PVC, and HDPE products is a plus.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
