Job Description/Requirements
● Sales Strategy & Execution:
○ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the ICT hardware and software sectors.
○ Identify and target new business opportunities, focusing on B2B clients.
○ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive sales growth.
● Market Knowledge & Business Development:
○ Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the ICT space.
○ Leverage market knowledge to identify high-potential opportunities and expand the company's client base.
○ Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
● Proven Sales Performance:
○ Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, relationship building, and client engagement.
○ Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets.
○ Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable deals.
● Team Collaboration & Leadership:
○ Work closely with the technical, marketing, and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet client needs.
○ Provide mentorship and support to junior sales staff, sharing market insights and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
● Experience: At least 5-7 years of sales experience in the ICT hardware and software industry.
● Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
● Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and industry trends.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
