Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales and managing partnerships for Shoshin Innovation Hub’s agritech and climate-tech solutions. This role involves selling innovation-driven systems, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered tools to agribusinesses, startups, and institutional partners.

Job Description/Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Shoshin's innovation solutions, including SaaS platforms, IoT systems, AI-driven analytics, and agritech products.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract partners, investors, and customers.
  • Identify, build, and manage partnerships with agritech firms, financial institutions, donor agencies, and other ecosystem players.
  • Work closely with product teams to position and commercialize innovations for market adoption.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to drive business growth.
  • Represent Shoshin Innovation Hub at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or marketing, preferably in innovation, tech, or agribusiness sectors.
  • Proven record on proposal writing and grant writing 
  • Proven track record in selling systems, SaaS platforms, or tech-based solutions.
  • Strong experience in managing partnerships with organizations, corporates, and donor-funded projects.
  • Previous experience in Non Profit is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and lead generation activities.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about innovation and technology in agriculture and climate solutions.
