This position can be based in Nairobi (Kenya) or Accra (Ghana) or Abidjan (Ivory Coast) or Lagos (Nigeria).
Under the guidance of commercial direction, closely cooperating with Sales teams, the (Sr.) Product Manager shall develop strategic direction and drive the development of Fosun Pharma products. To conduct market search, develop strategic marketing plan, to lead the internal and external product communication plan by coordinating with cross-functional teams to realize the product development.
Responsibilities
In Charge of marketing essentials production covering important issues in malaria that affects the implement of marketing strategy.
Organize Malaria Care symposia and trainings to Pharmacists and Frontlines in SSA.
Organize eCME with related case studies approaches.
Responsible for the product training par quarter for SSA.
Support for new product launch with market study and analysis from related market fields, product launch plan and launch pipelines that details launch objectives, timelines, target segments and market share projections.
Responsible for scientific sessions for Institutional Market.
Business development role for assigned product range. Support BD team in marketing planning and research.
Works closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gain the understanding of the right marketing messaging and channels that will lead to product success on the market.
Qualifications
Bachelor or above degree in the sciences, pharmacy, biology, or healthcare. With MBA is a plus.
5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing domain, with malaria related range is a plus. With experience in multi-culture team, MNC experience preferred
Familiar with marketing related pharmaceutical regulations/compliance politics in target markets.
It’s preferable to have experience/training in sales or basic knowledge of sales. Market study, Data analysis, production of marketing essentials. With related knowledge of malaria range R&D/ RA to some extent.
A strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
