Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Senior Graphic Designer. The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee the creation of visually compelling designs and branding materials. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, designing logos, branding packages, and marketing collateral, and ensuring cohesive visual identity across platforms. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the creative direction of projects. Strong technical proficiency, creative vision, and adherence to deadlines are critical in this position.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphic Design, including creating visually impactful designs tailored to various platforms and formats
• Proficiency in Graphics, Logo Design, and crafting unique and memorable branding materials
• Strong skills in Typography and the ability to create visually engaging and legible text elements
• Ability to develop and maintain cohesive branding strategies
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
• Experience in team leadership or mentoring is a plus
