Roles and responsibilities

Achieving Zamara’s ambitious strategic priorities will be complex and challenging. Its continued success will be dependent on building and retaining a world-class team. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the team in developing, directing, designing visual and audio materials and media used for advertising, broadcast and web communications.


The role will report to the Marketing Manager.


In more detail, the areas of responsibility include:


Collaborative Design work

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Graphic designer to ensure cohesive visual branding across all materials.
  • Provide design support for marketing campaigns, digital content, social media, and print materials.


Creative Development

  • Develop creative concepts and designs that align with Zamara's brand identity and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and create high-quality, visually appealing graphics, animations, and audio-visual content.
  • Design and develop 2D and 3D animations and illustrations for various digital platforms.
  • Create 2D and 3D animations for marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.


Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive in seeking feedback and making necessary adjustments.


Experience and personal qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Previous experience designing in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including digital and print projects.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Creative and innovative mind set.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
