Work days and hours: Monday: 7pm-4am Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: 7pm-4am Thursday: OFF Friday: 7pm-4am Saturday: 5pm-3am Sunday: 5pm-3amWe are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our amazing team! The Intake specialist is the first point of contact with the firm. A legal intake specialist receives and qualifies new and prospective clients for law firms. They are responsible for managing the processes of onboarding new clients and evaluating incoming streams of claims and potential clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities: Review new client intake packages. Review pending tasks and complete time-sensitive tasks by priority. Onboard new clients by completing the intake process. Data entry to ensure we obtain all pertinent information Take incoming calls and place outbound calls and inbound calls.Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Experience working in a position that required use of at least two Software programs or CRMs. Minimum of one year of office work experience or demonstrated general understanding of the law environment. Experience in sales or customer service. Must have experience with Personal Injury Must have a high school diploma. Must enjoy talking on the telephone and have exceptional customer services skills.Must have strong computer skills with demonstrated understanding of Microsoft OfficeMust be ok with a shifting schedule and working on a night shift schedule
