Job Summary

An American Based Company is looking for a highly capable analyst with expertise in survey design, and project management. The successful candidate will provide technical advice to design and implement surveys and experiments to support the development and improvement of our products and services and will be responsible for their analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of sampling techniques, project management, survey design, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements

1. Design and execute surveys and field experiments to validate business hypotheses or assess new initiatives.

2. Provide end-to-end project management support, including planning, design, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

3. Develop sampling strategies and methodologies for survey design.

4. Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each project phase.

5. Streamline project management processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

6. Support analysis requests from internal stakeholders and translate requirements accurately.

7. Translate data into actionable business insights using statistical tools and concepts.

8. Identify opportunities to leverage existing data sources for problem-solving.


Requirements

  •  A bachelor’s degree in statistics, operations research, or a similar quantitative field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  •  4+ years of experience in project evaluation and survey management in a fast- paced environment.
  •  Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  •  Strong understanding of applied statistics and its application in solving business problems.
  •  Experience working with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  •  Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  •  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  •  Effective communication of analysis findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse team members.
  •  Ability to align surveys and experiments with broader business goals and strategic priorities.
