• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Lead cost accounting processes, including product costing, variance analysis, and cost control.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials and finished goods.

• Manage bank relationships, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Handle loan facilities, payments, and other banking-related activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA (K), CPA, or ACCA qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in cost accounting and inventory management.

• Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting systems
• Expertise in cost management and variance analysis
• Ability to oversee receivables, payables, and accounting teams
• Knowledge of KRA VAT, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
