Senior Accountant

· Issue customer invoices after reviewing the Contracts & PO’s.

· Conduct import valuations in the system.

· Register all vendor invoices after sufficient approvals & maintain vendor reconciliations.

· Process accurate payments for vendors & employees after receiving management approval.

· Communicate with responsible collogues in other departments to discuss and resolve issues.

· Maintain expense claims for employees with all supporting documents and sufficient approvals.

· Maintain daily journals after careful checking and obtaining necessary approvals.

· Maintain bank reconciliations, payment arrangement with all supporting documents.

· Process accurate payroll transactions & deduct all personal deductions and inform all related employees in advance.

· Prepare monthly tax returns & lead all audit related topics.

· Prepare monthly fixed asset journals and depreciations.

· Manage monthly amortizations for all prepays.

· Maintain accurate recording of monthly accruals.

· Maintain reconciliation between subaccounts and general accounts and follow up with related parties.

· Maintain proper electronic & hardcopy filling.

· Conduct other tasks requested by management.

Technical and method and related skills (experience, requirements)

Education: Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.

Experience: 4 - 5 years of experience within the kingdom

Skills:

· Proficiency in ERP.( Enterprise Relation Planning )

· Proficiency In Excel.  

· Expert use of Microsoft applications

· Presentation skills

· Good communication and professional skills
