1. Mandatory Criteria:
- Nationality: Kenyan
- Age Bracket: 28–40 years
- Physical Requirements:
- Men: Minimum height of 5.9 ft
- Women: Minimum height of 5.6 ft
- Men: Minimum height of 5.9 ft
- Education: Minimum grade of D+ (KCSE)
- Experience: Prior experience in security services is required
2. Roles & Scope
- General Guarding: Standard security guarding services
- Aviation Security: Must have prior training and experience in aviation security for airport deployment
3. Documentation Requirements
All successful candidates must be able to provide the following:
- Typed CV and handwritten application letter
- Recommendation letters from:
- Chief (Rural and Urban)
- Pastor
- Previous employer
- Chief (Rural and Urban)
- Certificate of Good Conduct
- KRA PIN, NHIF, and NSSF details
- Residential maps for both rural and urban homes
- Active KCB Bank account
