Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting regular foot patrols of the assigned premises to detect and deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, fire, or other security breaches.
- Monitoring and controlling access points: verifying identification of persons entering/exiting, maintaining visitor logs, and issuing passes where required.
- Observing and reporting suspicious activities, incidents, or hazards promptly to the supervisor, control room, or relevant authorities.
- Enforcing company and client security rules, including search procedures (where authorized), crowd control, and traffic management within the premises.
- Responding to emergencies, or incidents, including providing first response, assisting in evacuation if necessary, and coordinating with police or emergency services.
- Assist visitors, staff, and clients courteously while maintaining security protocols.
- Maintaining personal appearance, uniform, and equipment in good condition as per company standards.
- Upholding confidentiality regarding client information, security arrangements, and any incidents observed.
- Attending mandatory training sessions on security procedures, first aid, fire safety, conflict management, and any PSRA-required refresher courses.
- Performing static guarding (post duty) or shift-based duties as assigned, including day, night, weekend, or public holiday shifts.
- Cooperating with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required.
- Any other lawful security-related duties reasonably assigned by the Employer.

Qualifications
- Must be a Kenya citizen with a valid National ID.
- Minimum of KCSE certificate.
- Minimum height should be 5.6” and above.
- Ability to read and write in English and Kiswahili.
- Good physical fitness with clear vision, hearing and no serious medical conditions.
