JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead the optimization of our website’s general SEO performance across six languages and over 80 category pages, featuring more than 20,000 SKUs. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings. This role involves collaboration with the content team, monitoring SEO performance, and keeping a close eye on competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & ImplementationDevelop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to our multilingual website and diverse product categories.Identify opportunities for on-page and off-page SEO improvements to increase search visibility and rankings.Conduct regular keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant search terms for all languages and categories.Content Briefing & CollaborationCreate detailed page briefings for the content team to guide the creation of optimized, engaging, and search-friendly content.Work closely with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO goals and strategies.Performance Monitoring & AnalysisContinuously monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.Generate regular performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.Oversee and evaluate the impact of updated SEO content and implement necessary adjustments.Competitor AnalysisConduct regular audits of competitors’ SEO performance to identify trends, strategies, and opportunities for improvement.Provide actionable insights based on competitor research to maintain and enhance our competitive position.Technical SEOCollaborate with the web development team to resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, site speed optimization, and mobile usability.Ensure proper indexing and structured data implementation across all pages.Team Leadership & CommunicationProvide clear direction and feedback to the content team regarding SEO best practices.Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry changes, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.Act as the primary point of contact for all SEO-related queries and initiatives.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in SEO management, preferably with multilingual and e-commerce websites.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).Experience with multilingual SEO, including optimizing for regional search engines.Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively across teams.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a bonus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing international environment.Access to cutting-edge tools and resources to excel in your role.Professional development and growth opportunities
