We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance corporate training, optimize operations, and improve business efficiency.Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our innovative School Solutions to educational institutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance the educational experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong sales background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Key Responsibilities:Prospect and identify potential clients (schools, educational institutions, and academies) through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, etc.).Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers (school administrators, principals, etc.).Understand the unique needs of educational institutions and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.Engage in regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and achievements, reporting directly to the Sales Manager/Director.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that increase brand visibility and sales conversion.Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively convey the benefits and features of school solutions to clients.Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated on new product offerings.      Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in education, technology, or B2B sales (preferably with a focus on educational solutions).Strong understanding of the education industry and its needs.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Goal-oriented with a strong ability to close deals.Ability to build rapport with school administrators and key decision-makers.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and within a team.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience selling educational technology or school software solutions.Knowledge of the latest educational trends, including digital learning, e-learning platforms, and other tech-driven solutions.What we offer·        A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth.·        Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the education sector.·        Join a passionate team committed to innovation in education.Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities.
