- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HR, payroll, and FinTech sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Present and sell BlueCollar’s SaaS solutions to businesses.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide market feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Skills & Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B sales, service industry sales, or SaaS sales (HR & Payroll solutions is a plus).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with corporate clients.
- Passion for HR Tech, FinTech, and financial inclusion.
