JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Support Admin Specialist to assist our sales team with backend administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in handling large volumes of data, CRM management, and database optimization.- Perform high-volume data entry into CRM and database platforms.- Maintain and clean up sales data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.- Work with Salesforce and Power BI to generate reports and insights.- Build charts and reports in ATS to support the sales team.- Provide backend support without direct client interaction.- Assist in optimizing sales processes through data management.Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or related roles (for example: business administrator)- Advanced English level (B2+); Spanish is a plus.- Experience with CRM platforms, data entry, salesforce or/and porwerBI (this is a must)- Strong knowledge of database management (not just Excel proficiency).
