1. Regional partners development and relationship management
-Identify and establish connections with potential partners (e.g., Industrial and Commercial customers)
-Maintain long-term relationships with partners
-Analyse partners' needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions
-Partners' PSI management
-Brand image: in-store image and display execution, like brand materials/ensure Eco Flow products are displayed visibly.
-Training coverage: Promoters and Staff training coverage
-Stock: ensure all the stores have enough stock to support sales
-Sales events: roadshow, promotion activities' execution and feedback
3. Market research and competitive analysis
- Ensure the products in a good place and with good point of sale material
-Collect and summarise market trends, competitors' policy changes, and activities, feedback to city managers and sales head
4. Sales strategy execution and 100% target achievement
- Allocation: reasonable sales target allocation by partners, by stores and team members
- Tracking: refer to the sales plan and collect all the sales process from par tners and team members (Promoters/Staffs)
-Execution: ensure 100% target achievement

-Between Kenya Shillings 50,000.00 - 70,000.00 depending on experience and qulaifications
