JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for Sales Representatives (3) with minimum 5years experience in Sales and Marketing field preferably with Textilebackground to oversee sales in the following three regions (Western, Nyanza& Kisii).Age-25 to 35 yearsQualifications and ExperienceExcellentInterpersonal SkillProficientin English and SwahiliProficiencyin Dialects from either of the above-mentioned regions.SelfDriven, Ability to work independently and result orientedAbilityto plan and prioritize the work in order to meet the sales target
RESPONSIBILITIES
ResponsibilitiesToimprove the business by using the market intelligence, identifying theselling prospects; Using the Sales and Marketing techniques, maintainingrelationships with clients, bringing in new Customers on boardToExplain the Customers the attributes and USP's of the Products to increasethe market shareToestablish personal networks, Selling products by establishing contact anddeveloping relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.Collecting Market feed back and recommending the improvements in Quality,Colours and deliveryTosuggest the product improvements or new products by understanding theMarket trends, market activities, and competitors strategyToPrepare daily ,weekly and Monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, andsummarizing information from market on various productTocoordinate with the sales ,dispatch team, Production team on the Sales andMarketing matters, Customer feed backs and quality issueTocollect the payment from the Customers on time as per the agreed terms anddeposit in BankFollowups on Trial orders, Bulk orders. To visit the End users using company'sproducts and also those using competitors products.Tomonitor the Finished goods movements and the reasons for the slow moving,fast moving and non moving itemsTounderstand the competitors strategy on products, price and delivery etcMarketFeed back- Daily, Weekly and Monthly. To collect the market feed back forcompany's Products on Quality, Price and delivery from distributors,Retailers and end users and report to the companyTocollect the market feed back for Competitors product on Quality, Price anddelivery and report to the company.Tocheck on the new products or new trends in the market and report to thecompanyTokeep track on any counterfeit products in market and report back tocompanyToachieve the Sales targetTomaintain and increase the market share with existing Customers by 10% andaboveTobring in new Customers on board with focus on large Customers.
