SALES REPRESENTATIVES (Needs per region: Nairobi - 6. Kisii - 5, Kajiado - 2, Kitui - 2)

i. Negotiate sales contract.

ii. Prepare and submit sales contacts for orders.

iii. Respond to customers queries and complaints.

iv. Prepare reports on business transactions.

v. Prepare reports on customer’s satisfaction.

vi. Identify potential customers.

vii. Understand customer needs and providing solutions.

viii. Present to customers and demonstrate to them product offerings.

ix. Negotiate and closing sales.

x. Ensure sales targets are met.

xi. Establish and maintain customer relationships.

xii. Provide product or service information

xiii. Process orders, forms and requests by clients.

xiv. Maintain a record of customer interactions.

xv. Make a follow up with customers to ensure resolution.

xvi. Prepare sales reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Qualifications

For appointment to this position, the person must have

i. Diploma in sales management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

ii. Certificate in sales management from a recognized institution.

iii. Two years of work experience in sales preferably in the ICT industry

iv. Proficiency in computer applications

v. Industry experience will be added advantage.
