Sales Representative

A real estate company specializing in the sale of plots in Nakuru, Gilgil, Rumuruti, and Maralal is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. The job is a full time Job within real Estate Industry. The remuneration is Ksh 30,000 plus commissions

Key Responsibilities:

 Promote and sell residential and commercial plots located in Nakuru, Gilgil, Rumuruti, and Maralal to prospective buyers.

 Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.

 Design and conduct campaigns, tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of their properties.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials

 Attend networking events, trade shows, and community activities to promote our properties and expand our customer base.

Qualifications:

 At least 2 years in real estate sales preferably selling land

 Diploma in Marketing or a related field

 Valid Driving license will be an added advantage

 Digital marketing experience

 At least 25 years of age
