Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our stationery distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our client base. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our stationery products to retailers, corporate clients, educational institutions, and other businesses.

Job Description/Requirements
Reports To: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers, including retailers, schools, offices, and wholesalers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Present, promote, and sell stationery products to meet customer needs and sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements with clients.
• Process orders, coordinate with the logistics team, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stationery, FMCG, or distribution industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of stationery products and market trends is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
