- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and investors.
- Actively seek out potential buyers in target markets and demographics.
- Engage potential clients and understand their property needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide consistent follow-ups to nurture leads until conversion.
- Market available properties through online listings, social media, property portals, and direct marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive property presentations and campaigns.
- Ensure properties are well-positioned to attract qualified buyers.
- Schedule and conduct professional property tours for prospective clients.
- Clearly present property features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Address client questions and provide accurate property information.
- Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handle objections effectively and guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Ensure timely closure of sales transactions.
- Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and demand in Westlands and surrounding areas.
- Use market insights to improve sales strategies and client advisory services.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities.
- Submit regular sales reports including progress on targets and pipeline status.
- Ensure proper handling of sales documentation and agreements.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Actively contribute to the overall growth of the company’s property sales portfolio.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ sales experience (real estate experience is preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in prospecting, client acquisition, and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
