Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales, build client relationships, and grow market presence across residential, commercial, and construction sectors. The role requires strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to delivering tailored flooring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Execution
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients including contractors, developers, interior designers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
4. Reporting & Sales Administration
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Participate in exhibitions, site activations, and product showcases.
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct field visits to project sites for follow-ups and client engagement.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support business growth.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or interior solutions.
• Experience in flooring, tiles, carpets, wood, or related products is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
