Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wellness services to potential clients. You will build relationships, understand client needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our unique therapies and solutions. This role requires a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to succeed. The payment will be on commission basis. The higher you sell the better your earnings. Meet and go beyond the targets for your own good.

  • Experience Level : Mid level

Job Description/Requirements

  •  Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods (e.g., networking, referrals, online marketing).
  •  Conduct consultations with clients to understand their health concerns and wellness goals.
  •  Present and explain our services, including Quantum analysis, supplement recommendations, iTeracare/Bio Terahertz therapy, and reflexology, highlighting their benefits and addressing client questions.
  •  Develop and deliver personalized wellness plans based on client needs and assessments.
  •  Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  •  Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  •  Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  •  Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in wellness therapies and products.
  •  Participate in marketing events and promotional activities.
  •  Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.


Qualifications:

  •  Proven track record in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry (preferred but not required).
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  •  Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  •  Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  •  Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  •  Passion for health and wellness and a genuine desire to help others.
  •  Ability to learn and understand complex information about our services and technologies.
  •  Proficiency in using CRM software (preferred).
  •  High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
