Reports To: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
● Identify new sales opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
● Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
● Visit clients regularly to introduce new products and address customer inquiries.
● Ensure accurate and timely sales processing and follow-up on deliveries.
● Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, sales records, and market activities.
● Provide daily ,weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
● Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Stay updated on competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Education: Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry].
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
