Job Description/Requirements
Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to grow the customer base.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Present and promote Wellcare Enterprise Limited’s services to potential clients, highlighting our unique value propositions such as safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research & Insights:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on potential service improvements based on client interactions.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or industrial services.
- Strong understanding of bulk goods transportation and fleet management services is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
