JOB SUMMARY

We are urgently looking for a Sales Representative for immediate joining.1.   Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel services.2.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3.   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4.   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.5.   Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.6.   Familiarity with reservations systems opera systems.7.   Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.8. Availability to travel as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Actively seek out new sales opportunities through personal selling, networking, and social media.2.   Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, andother potential customers.3.   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.4.   Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.5.   Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.6.   Respond to inquiriesand provide information on hotel services, pricing, and packages.7.   Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the hotel and generate leads.8.   Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.9.   Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.10.Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
