Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (preferably FMCG or distribution)
- Valid motorbike riding license (Class A)
- Valid certificate of good conduct or application of the same
- Recommendation letter from your religious leader
- Recommendation letter from your area chief
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with good relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic reporting, record-keeping, and numeracy skills
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Physically fit and willing to work in a field-based role
