The main responsibility of the Sales Representative will be to recruit new members to the society, sell the Sacco’s products and services by identifying leads, educating members on products through phone calls and visits, and supporting existing members with exceptional levels of customer care.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: PERFORMANCE BASED CONTRACT
Elimu Sacco Society Ltd, a deposit taking Sacco regulated by Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) and based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit qualified and competent individuals to fill the position of Sales Representatives. We operate 4 front offices located in Nairobi, Lodwar, Homabay and Busia that offer affordable financial services to our members. The candidates should be open to opportunities in various locations in the country and flexible to relocate as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and retention of members.
- Promoting and selling Elimu Sacco products and services to existing and prospective members.
- Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Visiting members and potential members to evaluate their needs and promote the Sacco’s products and services.
- Assisting members with complaints on enquiries related to the society’s products and services.
- Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly and annual set targets.
- Preparing and presenting timely weekly reports on recruitment and retention activities undertaken, and proposals product and service enhancements
- Collection of cheques and remittances from institutions in your area of coverage.
- Any other duty assigned by your supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications & Attributes.
a. Diploma or Degree in Sales and marketing, any other Business related course.
b. Relevant experience with sales and marketing.
c. Demonstrated Computer literacy.
d. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
e. Excellent selling and negotiation skills
f. Should be a person of integrity, self-driven, with good interpersonal skills and a team player
g. Result oriented and able to meet targets.
