Overall Job Description
The job holder will be responsible in ensuring the development of sales strategies as well as recommend new ones to the management that will help with business growth by sourcing new clients and maintaining existing ones.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure sales targets are met as agreed
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering and quality products
• Deliver quality samples to clients for approvals prior to products production
• Deliver daily and timely reports for proper planning and execution
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Relay clear instructions to the production team as per client needs
• Develop existing market services to ensure awareness of company products within the target market.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Continuously prospect for new business and ensure achievement of maximum capacity
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Develop and manage customer relationships professionally
• Plan for weekly sales and timely visits.
• Any other task that may be assigned time to time
Skills and Qualifications
• Business related Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience in the sales department
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Ability to manage pressure from customers while meeting expectations
• Ability to work with a team and actively provide feedback to other departments on client’s feedback and market expectations
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
