Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Partner to grow our sales operations across multiple domains, including new market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, fostering customer relationships, CRM utilisation, event planning, and driving sales growth. An understanding of mortgages and the real estate industry will be a significant advantage.(salary: 200,000 Ksh gross)

Job Description/Requirements
1. New Market Expansion
○ Develop and execute strategies for entering new markets.
○ Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess risks.
○ Build partnerships and networks to establish the company’s presence in new regions.
2. Mortgage Team Management
○ Oversee and guide the mortgage sales team to meet and exceed targets.
○ Ensure the team is well-trained on mortgage products, compliance requirements, and customer engagement strategies.
○ Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
3. Salesforce CRM Oversight
○ Manage and optimise the use of Salesforce CRM for lead management, customer tracking, and sales reporting.
○ Provide training and support to the sales team on Salesforce functionalities.
○ Analyse CRM data to develop actionable insights and strategies.
4. Sales Partner Management
○ Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with sales partners.
○ Set performance targets and provide ongoing support to sales partners.
○ Monitor partner activities to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
5. Event Management
○ Plan and execute sales events, open houses, and promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
○ Work closely with the marketing team to ensure events align with overall sales strategies.
○ Manage budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships for events.
6. Sales Strategy and Performance
○ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
○ Regularly monitor sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
○ Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to inform strategy.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
● At least 10 years of proven experience in sales management and event planning.
● Strong track record of growing sales and entering new markets.
● Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Experience in the real estate and mortgage industry is a plus.
● Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
● Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
