Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and convert leads into clients through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor revenue collection and resolve outstanding issues with insurance partners.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote hospital services and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporates, insurance companies, and community leaders.
- Represent the hospital at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the hospital's brand and services.
4. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and sales data to refine strategies.
- Prepare regular progress reports for the executive team.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales and marketing role, with at least 3 years in the hospital or healthcare industry.
