Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Real Estate will be responsible for driving property sales, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in property sales, a strong understanding of real estate markets and excellent communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Sales and Client Acquisition:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

· Generate leads and build a network of potential clients through various channels

· Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers.

· Facilitate the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the buying process.

· Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer personalized property solutions.

· Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Market Knowledge and Analysis:

· Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

· Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive property information, including market analysis and investment potential.


Administration and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.

· Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

· Liaise with internal departments to ensure the successful completion of sales transactions, including legal and finance teams.

Team Management

· Lead the recruitment of sales executives and sales agents to help in pushing sales targets.

· Manage the team of internal sales executives, tracking their performance and helping them in closing deals.

· Champion and sustain continuous growth for the team and the company at large as they seek to cover the whole country.


Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in property sales or real estate.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales processes.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Passion for providing real estate solutions.
