Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate/Hotel/Apartment)


Location: Africa (Kenya)


Company Background: We are a leading global mobile phone manufacturer, now expanding our business into real estate, hotels, and apartments in Africa. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to join our new Business Unit and help us establish and grow this exciting new venture.


Job Description:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct research and analysis of the local real estate market trends, understanding competitors and customer needs.

Develop sales strategies and plans based on market changes.


Sales Strategy Development:

Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth.


Project Sales Management:

Manage the sales of real estate projects, hotels, and apartments.

Organize and coordinate sales activities, including client visits, project presentations, and sales negotiations.


Customer Management:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collect and provide customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.


Team Management:

Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to ensure team goals are met.

Motivate team members and improve overall team performance.


Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hotel Management, or related fields preferred.


Work Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in sales related to real estate, hotels, or apartments, preferably with experience working in Africa.

Extensive customer resources and networking relationships.


Skills:

Excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities.

Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Language Proficiency:

Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
