Job Summary We Crystal Africa Cleaning Services Limited would like to hire a Sales Coach and Manager who will be responsible for coaching, developing and managing a sales team of 8 members resulting in delivering higher sales. He/She will be responsible for training, monitoring sales activities and developing a strong consistent sales team enabling them to achieve their sales goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Monitoring sales activities and performance ensuring team efficiency.
● Acts as a coach to the sales team members and provides helpful advice and techniques to handle sales process challenges.
● Build a sales team that generates consistent sales results by focusing on developing their skills.
● Develop sales learning strategies and training material for the sales team.
● Implement different coaching and sales methodologies that work for sales team members.
● Monitoring sales activities ensuring the team is skilled in the correct skills to handle different prospect situations.
● Accompany sales team members on their site visits and networking events to enable them to develop relationships and close deals
QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and marketing or relevant field
● 5 years experience in B2B Sales
● Passion for training and developing a sales team.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
Driving is a compulsory skill. A company car will be provided
