ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a mature, strategic, and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Admissions and Enrollment team. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of 3 to 5 years in sales and demonstrates a professional, relationship-driven approach to driving enrollment growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and community partners - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to student enrollment - Track and report on KPIs and sales performance metrics - Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic departments - Represent Medprime College at education fairs, open days, and outreach events
REQUIREMENTS - 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience (MANDATORY) - Mature, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and planning capabilities - Experience in the education sector is an added advantage
