The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, networking, and event promotion.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Registration & Management
- Recruit and onboard vendors for events.
- Ensure vendors meet event requirements and manage their participation.
Ticket Sales & Promotion
- Develop and execute strategies to sell event tickets.
- Build relationships with potential attendees, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
Sponsorship & Partnerships
- Identify and engage potential sponsors and partners.
- Assist in negotiating sponsorship deals and brand collaborations.
Sales Oversight & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates.
- Work closely with the Communications Director to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or event marketing.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to engage vendors and sponsors.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for music, arts, and cultural events is a plus.
