Our client, a premier provider of cutting edge power systems, HVAC, and infrastructure solutions across Africa, based in Nairobi, is seeking to fill the role of a Sales Lead to lead business growth in Kenya, focusing on LV panels, HVAC systems and electrical power solutions.
- Drive sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Promote LV panels, HVAC systems, and related power solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Support bid preparation, quotations, and tender processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long term account growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in power and energy sector sales (mandatory)
- At least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role
- Proven track record in selling electrical solutions (LV panels/HVAC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Kenyan market and industry landscape
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets
