Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Actively identify potential business opportunities and new markets for our products/services.
- Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale support and customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to guide future strategies.
- Independent Sales Management: Manage your own sales pipeline, schedules, and client interactions with minimal supervision.
- Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, events, and meetings, as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Age: Between 24 and 30 years.
Educational Background:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Alternatively, an undergraduate degree in Engineering with a passion for sales is acceptable.
Experience:
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Kiswahili (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Additional Skills:
- A valid motorcycle license is an added advantage.
Personal Traits:
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
