Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or a technical engineering background with a keen interest in sales. Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Actively identify potential business opportunities and new markets for our products/services.
  • Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale support and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to guide future strategies.
  • Independent Sales Management: Manage your own sales pipeline, schedules, and client interactions with minimal supervision.
  • Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, events, and meetings, as required.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Age: Between 24 and 30 years.



Educational Background:

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, an undergraduate degree in Engineering with a passion for sales is acceptable.



Experience:

  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.



Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Kiswahili (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.



Additional Skills:

  • A valid motorcycle license is an added advantage.



Personal Traits:

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for sales and customer interaction.



Additional Requirements:

  • A valid motorcycle license is preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
