Job Description/Requirements
Locations: 1. Mombasa-4, 2. Nakuru- 2, 3, Kitale - 2, 4. Kisumu - 2, 5. Kisii - 1, 6. Nairobi -5
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide personalized recommendation based on customers prescription, face and lifestyle.
- Review and interpretate prescription to clients.
- Help customers choose frames and lenses.
- Close deals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Track orders and inform the customer when their order is ready.
- Ordering of stock.
- Advise customers on proper eyewear maintenance.
- Ensure frames are clean.
- Handle customers’ inquiries and concerns.
Requirements & Skills:
- Diploma; additional satisfaction in sales preferred.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and marketing skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
