JOB SUMMARY

Job Purpose:The Sales Executive will drive sales and revenue through promoting events, MICE opportunities, corporate sales, and group bookings. The role requires a motivated, resultsdriven individual with strong sales and customer service skills. Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining client relationships, delivering customized event solutions, and partnering with tour agencies. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance and contribute to strategy development to achieve business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive Sales and Revenue:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.Develop and implement strategies to boost sales specifically for events.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.2. MICE Strategy (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions):Develop and execute sales strategies targeting MICE clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and local businesses.Create customized event packages and pricing strategies to attract diverse client segments.3. Door-to-Door Sales for Corporates:Conduct door-to-door sales visits to corporate clients to promote restaurant events.Present tailored event solutions to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.Follow up on leads and close sales deals effectively.4. Group Bookings:Promote group booking options for special occasions, parties, and corporate events.Coordinate with clients to plan and execute seamless events.Monitor customer feedback and take proactive steps to improve guest satisfaction.5. Partnerships with Tour Agencies:Establish and nurture partnerships with tour agencies to promote group bookings.Develop special packages and offers in collaboration with tour agencies to attract tourists and large groups.Conduct regular visits and meetings with tour agency partners to maintain strong relationships and drive sales.6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:Track and report on sales performance for events.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide regular sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales strategies.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.3 years’ working experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer segments.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) using software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Female candidates are encouraged to apply
