We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales and market expansion for our range of vapes and e-cigarettes across Kenya

Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the vape or e-cigarette industry, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
A motorbike licence is an added advantage
The Sales Executive will focus on building relationships with various retail outlets and ensuring product penetration in key areas.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for vape and e-cigarette products.
● Identify, target, and build relationships with key retail outlets across Kenya, including:
○ Convenience stores
○ Supermarkets (e.g., Naivas, Carrefour, Chandarana)
○ Vape shops and kiosks
○ Gas stations with retail sections (e.g., Total, Shell, Rubis)
○ Pharmacies
○ Liquor stores and tobacco shops
○ E-commerce platforms
● Provide comprehensive product training and support to retailers, ensuring they have the knowledge to sell the products effectively.
● Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product placement, stock availability, and customer engagement.
● Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the vape/e-cigarette industry.
● Attend and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
● Manage customer accounts, handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely deliveries and payments.
● Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
● Proven sales experience (1-3 years) in the vape, e-cigarette, or related industry.
● Strong knowledge of the Kenyan retail market, including the various outlets listed above.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts across different regions.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience working with distributors and retailers in the FMCG sector.
● Knowledge of Kenyan consumer trends related to vaping and e-cigarettes.
● Passion for the vaping industry and its products.
● A motor bike rider with a valid licence is an added advantage.
