Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. This role will involve understanding client needs, promoting tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless project implementation. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a strong sales acumen to contribute to Mobi-Water’s mission of sustainable water management.

Mobi-Water is a leader in innovative water solutions, leveraging technology to provide efficient water  management systems. We specialize in offering clients smart water monitoring, management and  billing solutions to meet their water conservation, monitoring, and billing needs


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  •  Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
  •  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Present, promote, and sell Mobi-Water products and services to existing and prospective  customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth.


Technical Support and Solutions

  •  Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  •  Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product functionality and benefits.
  •  Analyze and interpret water consumption data for clients to support decision-making.


Client Management and Training

  •  Conduct training sessions for clients and partners on product use and benefits.
  •  Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  •  Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.


Reporting and Analysis

  •  Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets.
  •  Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  •  Support drafting of project proposals and reports for stakeholders.


Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  •  2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in technical or engineering solutions will be an  advantage.


Skills and Competencies

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.
  •  Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
