Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Present, promote, and sell Mobi-Water products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Technical Support and Solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product functionality and benefits.
- Analyze and interpret water consumption data for clients to support decision-making.
Client Management and Training
- Conduct training sessions for clients and partners on product use and benefits.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Support drafting of project proposals and reports for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in technical or engineering solutions will be an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
