Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Salesperson to join our team at Rajshyn Jewellers.

As a Salesperson, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect jewelry pieces to meet their needs. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring a delightful shopping experience, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with finding jewelry based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide detailed product information and answer any questions regarding the merchandise.

• Sales: Actively engage with customers, encourage upselling and cross-selling, and achieve individual and team sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in jewelry design and product offerings. Continuously learn about the materials, quality, and care of the pieces we offer to better assist customers.

• Visual Merchandising: Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive displays to highlight jewelry collections and promotions, ensuring the store is visually appealing at all times.

• Inventory Management: Help with inventory control by tracking stock levels, managing stock orders, and ensuring items are properly stored and labeled.

• Transaction Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash, credit card, and online payment methods securely.

• Store Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

• Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail or sales, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional demeanor.

• A passion for jewelry and fashion.

• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a jewelry store or with luxury retail brands.

• Knowledge of gemstone types, precious metals, and jewelry care.
