Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Nail Flair, a leader in the press-on nails industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with target customers, promoting our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will work closely with the team to meet and exceed company sales objectives while providing excellent service and support to new and existing clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed the sales goals and objectives set by the company within assigned deadlines.

Continuously monitor and track sales performance to ensure timely achievement of targets.

Customer Information Registration:

Gather and record detailed customer information through the company’s designated registration form.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for potential and existing customers.

Customer Engagement & Product Promotion:

Effectively introduce the company’s products and the market opportunities available to target customers.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.

Exhibition Hall Visits:

Organize and invite target customers to visit the company’s exhibition hall.

Present products and services in a professional and engaging manner during customer visits.

Order Implementation & Customer Support:

Process customer orders promptly and efficiently.

Address any customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Delivery & Payment Procedures:

Manage the delivery acceptance process and ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Collect payments as per company policies and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Training & Meetings Participation:

Actively participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and other company-organized events.

Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through internal training and external resources.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of press-on nails and the beauty industry is a plus, but not required.

Ability to manage customer information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
