Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our press-on nail products. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining our company’s reputation for exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell MAMTO Nail Flair products to both businesses and individuals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Ksh 80,000 plus a performance commission of 10-20% after the probation period.
- Probation Period: 3 months with no basic salary but a performance commission of 30-50%.
- Transport Subsidy: Ksh 3,000 per month.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field (experience in the beauty industry is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A passion for beauty and fashion is highly desirable.
- Individuals must have appropriate savings to sustain themselves and meet business development needs during the probation period.
