Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of construction materials, a passion for sales, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

1.         Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for sales leads and to drive achievement of sales targets.

2.         Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities.

3.         Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio and industry trends, providing clients with expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.

4.         Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our building materials.

5.         Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring profitable sales while meeting customer satisfaction.

6.         Market Analysis: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth & portfolio expansion/ innovation.

7.         Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of promo budgets, sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, providing regular reports to the CEO.

8.         Collaboration: Work closely with our key supplier teams, including marketing, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely delivery of products.

9.         Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues to maintain long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
