Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive for our client within Nairobi, Kenya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the team to enhance sales processes and contribute to the growth of the organization.


Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Conducting door-to-door direct selling of the microfinance products.

● Contacting regular and prospective customers to sell products.

● Delivering set sales targets.

● Seeking customer feedback on products and services.

● Providing excellent customer service and experience to existing and prospective customers.

● Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services.

● Keeping a keen eye on market trends and the competition.

● Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients

● Driving demand for the company’s product portfolio

● Diploma

● Experience in a similar position is an added advantage
