Novotel Nairobi Westlands, an Accor brand, is committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences. Our hotel, located in the heart of Westlands, Nairobi, offers state-of-the-art facilities and unparalleled service to our esteemed guests. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to manage relationships with travel agents and tour companies.


Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive for Leisure segment, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with travel agents and tour companies to drive business to our hotel. You will play a crucial role in promoting Novotel Nairobi Westlands, ensuring that our offerings are top-of-mind for industry partners.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and tour companies. 

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize room sales and revenue. 

Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and hotel site inspections for potential clients. 

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions. 

Track and report on sales performance and market trends. 

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel. 

 Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. 


Qualifications

Bachelors degree in BA (Sales & Marketing) or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry. 

Proven track record of meeting  and exceeding sales targets. 

Highly self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently. 

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

Strong organizational and time management abilities. 

Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. 

Familiarity with the travel and tourism market in Nairobi and East Africa is a plus
