Our client, a dynamic technology Solutions Company specializing in ERP, CRM, and digital transformation solutions that help businesses streamline operations and accelerate growth through innovative technology solutions based in Nairobi, is seeking to fill the role of a Sales Executive
JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. He/She should be passionate about delivering value to customers and achieving set sales targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
- Present and promote ERP, CRM, HRMS and related services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing team to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, enterprise software, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate value propositions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
